Smooth process: phone screen, then a 45 minute technical then invitation to McLean for final round. The choice between virtual and going in-person. I went in-person. Recruiter was very engaging and helpful.

Skipped the OA because a recruiter reached out. Then had a recruiter phone call, technical (easy/medium), then a superday with technical, behavioral, and executive meeting. Technicals weren't too hard, drilled down quite a bit in behavioral.

They shortlisted the people to attend the test based on CGPA. and after the OT they only shortlisted 12 people for the interview.
Interviewed for the McLean office. Smooth process. HR is very co-operative. Behavior round followed by coding round with one of their engineers. Coding question was easy/medium leetcode (Coding). I believe they have a superday model too.
