I found this job opening on Linkedin by Appinventive & I applied, Got an email very next day asking about the current position, salary, expected salary, and a few more basic questions. The next email I got was from HR head for interview timings and place. I planned a trip to Nodia since the company was looking good as per their social media ads. After 300km of hectic travel when I entered the premises, I got the very corporatish vibes (opposite to what they show on social media). The line on the wall made me laugh "we make the apps that get featured on the AppStore" shamelessly stolen from FUELED.com. Then after 20 mins later the interview started, The interviewer was a junior graphic designer which really disturbed me at first. She said sorry the concerned person is not available so they sent me to take your interview. I felt very stupid for coming for such an interview. The girl asked me what is an artboard? The first question. I was literally like banging my head on the wall. somehow I answered all her questions and completed the first round. Then she told that the concerned person will send you an online assignment and then we shall fix another interview. (I WAS LIKE NEVER EVER I M NOT COMING BACK). Then I left, with huge regret on my face. I don't know if they have any work or not, but the company looks really amateur to me. The feel was very low-class corporate and the interview was pathetic. I will not recommend any to go there based on their social mask. BIG TIME WASTE.
