In my case I have 3 interviews. HR had a phone screening first which was very insightful for me as well. They also explained about the product and services of the company and explain job role and expectations. Then I had a technical interview with QA manager who later was my reporting authority. Last interview was with the senior management on which career path was discussed. Then the negotiations happed with the HR. Overall the interview process was really smooth.
