First I had a phone interview then a one on one interview with a manager then a group interview with the store leader, market leader, and about 5 other applicants. Many people start off in hiring events, however I somehow bypassed this step. The interview were very casual and conversational.

Phone pre-interview (~15 mins) - Mostly administrative questions (expected start date, required notice period, etc) - 1 "share a time when you..." question - Immediate update on whether candidate will be proceeding to next round of interview First Video Interview (~60mins) - WebEx video conference with 2 interviewers and ~10 candidates - 2 breakout sessions (~5 candidates per breakout group), 3 questions by each interviewer - At most a week before email update on whether candidate will be proceeding to next round of interview Second and Final Interview Round - WebEx video conference with 1 interviewer with ~5 candidates - 3 questions by interviewer - About a week or so before offer or rejection
