Typical interviews will be first by the recruiter, who won't actually have a lot of technical knowledge.
Then you're CV will be forwarded to the hiring manager, who will screen and shortlist. That manager (who is the person you will likely report to eventually) will initially have a phone interview to sound out your relevant technical skills and get a feel for for you. This will then proceed to a 1:1 in person interview with that manager and possibly others from other teams you would be working with. This is the most important interview - generally they want to see you can handle yourself and work autonomously - so be intelligent, confident, honest. Ethics are a big deal. You will prob have a phone interview with the 2nd line manager at some point too. Finally you will need to pass a police check, and then you will get an offer. The offer will likely be below industry standard, and they tend not to negotiate much on $$$. This entire process usually takes several months.

I have applied for different positions based on my interests and skills related to wireless systems. but i have received the first email in 2 days checking my interest in some position that I didn't apply for, but my profile is well suitable for it.
Phone screen then had an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manger joined the interview 8 minutes late. The interviewer was polite but the conversation is a little awkward

The interviews were a part of friendly process. The interview were about getting to know you instead of asking silly "gotcha" questions. The hiring manager asked detailed questions about the experience listed in my resume. He wanted to know how I went about performing the tasks I listed in my professional experience section.
