Phone interview asked a couple of behavior-related questions. HR is really professional, you can hear he keeps typing your answers. And always try to explain the question in different way if you can't understand

There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
