The interview process was very similar to other's. Asked me why i wanted to work at Applebees?, what skills makes me a good employee for Applebee's?, ect. The restaurant manager who interviewed me was very friendly and didn't make me feel intimated. Then I had to take a personality test and after that the next day I had to watch some videos over sexual harassment.

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
