I joined as fresher. Had a written test, Technical, Managerial and HR. The interview was pretty good. The Aptitude test is mandatory for everyone regardless of their experience. It is called CCAT and its score is applicable even if you rejoin the company. The HR's were good then, but now have lot of attitude and they get overwhelming response for open positions and people are ill treated.

Avoid wasting your time attending interviews with this company. They will conduct multiple rounds, including technical, managerial, and HR discussions, only to inform you later that they have chosen another candidate. It seems like they are wasting candidates' time and often treat you as a second choice.

First round Aptitude.
Two more rounds Technical & then HR round.
The Environment in Aptean is very nice.
The kind of questions you can expect is, scenarios based questions & some logical reasoning like puzzle questions. Overall it is nice & good experience with Aptean process.

The interview process consists of 4 rounds. First round was Aptitude which includes logical, reasoning and some quant questions. Second round was technical written test.2nd round consists of 2 programs which we can write in C,C++ or Java and 2 logical questions and some testing related Technical questions.
