HR asked me to submit answers to a few questions online. Questions were mostly describing my interest in the position. This was followed by an in-person interview process. The interviewing committee was divided into two groups. The 1st group interview was slightly more formal. The second interview group was friendlier. Both the groups asked almost similar questions.

There was an initial 30 min interview with the recruiter, then a final hour long group interview with four people for an entry level position as a geologist / environmental scientist.

I sent my resume online directly through their site. A week after, I was notified through email for a phone interview. I talked to a recruiter who asked a various general questions about my resume. And after another week was notified my application not going further.
