Online submission followed by a video interview and finally an assessment centre. It took about a month between video interview and request to attend the assessment centre. Then a week for the offer to be made after the centre.

The interview was relaxed, the questions were based on real world problems engineers might face such as "how would you ensure a model is right" and not the typical "tell us about yourself" , with a presentation presentation at the end.

it was good and I get very comfortable at the interview they were really nice and I get ike I could answer the questions very confidently they were very accommodating and I asked questions at the end
