Assessment day centre which was fun and relaxed and then a 1.5 hour interview. The assessment day was split into two parts and wasn't too challenging they just want to listen to your perspectives and knowledge.

Very positive and friendly the interviewer provided me with a lot of company and personal knowledge to further my understanding of the company and career progression. Felt more like a conversation where he was genuinely interested in what i had to say instead of him just firing lots of questions off at me.

An online application form followed by an online video interview process. Which if successful would later lead to a group application day.
The online interview consisted of a video asking a question, then giving you a minute to prepare and then 30seconds to a minute to answer the question. I had 7 questions.
This interview was for various locations around the UK.
