Processo tranquilo e transparente, te ligam para passar informações e feedback, entrevista online, rápida e prática, recrutadora bem acessível e simpática, gestores da área tbm passam bastante tranquilidade mostrando interesse e não deixando o processo parecendo a pior coisa da vida

In total 3 interviews. A screening, technical and competency based with the EA and final round with the manager (formality). Interviews were on point and straight forward. But post interviews even after getting positive responses from the manager I was ghosted by the HR team until I reached out to the person who took my screening interview and connected me to the HR manager. At the end the position was cancelled because of some internal reasons.

Tranquilo sem problemas. Sem constrangimento. Sem perguntas específicas. Porém dá pra perceber que o responsável sabe o que está fazendo. Me senti respeitada e entendi um pouco sobre a Empresa. Gostei bastante. Espero atender as expectativas e crescer na empresa.
