Technical Interviews were fine(5 rounds)(medium level). Process was well managed for Tech rounds. Blunder came when started with HR round(which was nothing but negotiation and expectation). I already had couple of offers in hand. They said that they will try to match that with some numbers. They took 2 weeks for approval(as it was above their bar which I already had). It was fine for me as I was expecting to join if its in way as discussed during HR round(personal reasons). But after two weeks the HR called and said, they can offer only upto as one of the lowest offer I already had(not in line with HR round). Also when I asked for the breakup they are like its will base like this and some bonus like that and long term incentive like that. How can you have approval with out any hard doc of it. I asked for the breakup in mail then also refused. If you accept only then we will send you doc(how can a person accept without hard copy of offer-> just curious). Also the statement striked me "We consider Arcesium as big brand than other you had offer". What? Are you comparing and still telling me that you are better(ha ha=> Decided not to join anymore now. I had worked and approched by Big brands Amazon/Microsoft/Google and they even never say that to anyone ever. Declined the offer there on call. Thanks for letting me know this before even accepting the offer.
