Exec team didn’t understand the role they were hiring for, and had zero experience in retail which was extremely worrying given their business model. Sent me a job offer via email as an attachment completely out the blue which made them seem like total novices. When I decline and provided reasons why they responded and asked to schedule a call with me and a member of exec to which I agreed and never heard from them ever again. They don’t have a grasp on salaries within a retail company either.
