For such a low level job, I was interviewed by a panel of the three upper management of my department. Interesting approach as I was a full time student simply looking for part time work. But obviously with student worker positions they generally receive an overabundance of applications to the point that they gladly weed out dozens of applicants through any reasonable criteria.

Questions were asked to assess your knowledge and how you would fit in with the other student workers and staff. Very comfortable setting and little to no pressure. Questions are the typical ones asked regarding personality and experience.

Very simple, just asked about yourself. They ask how long before you graduate to see if you will be working there for a long or short period of time. Mine was over zoom but that was also during COVID
