First round was self introduction. Totally base on your communication. After that personal interview again they check communication,then there was telephonic interview he asked about family background etc experience in hr preferable. I was not able to crack telephonic interview.

2 Weeks Process... On 1st Week- Screening (Intro Yourselve) + Group discussion (About Television Ads) + One Simple HR round. Result will be announced on same day. On 2nd week- HR Round (Are you okay with Recruitment job? What do you know about Recruitment?) + Final HR (Say something about your Project, Family, Certificates you won.)
