They have 3 phases of interviews. 1st phase is on the telephone in which they ask little brief questions in 2nd interview which in-person phase revolves around the experience and checking the skills and knowledge if it's appropriate or not then last phase is a pre-screening phase which everyone has to follow. So overall it is tough but you get used to
Phone interview,, and then I was not invited to the next one. Then I got a rejection email without an explication. When I asked for a feed back the recruiter was not too kind to me.
