After an initial phone interview they elected to continue the process, at which time they sent me an email requesting I send in a lesson plan for a 30 minute sample lesson to be delivered the day of the in person interview.
I had to pay my way to the interview site in NYC - they would reimburse me only up to 200.00. The in person interview began with an analysis of my lesson plan, followed by my lesson - they introduced me and I had to take it away from there.
After that, there is a lesson debrief which feels primarily like cognitive coaching.

The interview process was a bit extensive, but as to be expected. First there is an online application with essays, CV, and resume. Then there is a 30 minute phone interview. If you make it past the phone interview, you move onto an in person interview.
