Welcoming, straight forward. Conversation was fluid, technical where the interviewer had clear idea about my background! Feedback was positive, there was room to explore not only technical but also behavior questions. Plenty of time to make some schematics, to explore train of thoughts.

Stage one video interview with HR. HR rep gave me technical questions, which they clearly have been given by someone else and therefore did not have the technical knowledge to have a discussion about the question and ask for clarification. The HR rep did their best, but I would highly recommend the question writer to be present. I was told I ‘passed’ this stage and a few weeks later was told that they would like to interview me again… Another few weeks later and I still don’t have an interview invite. I have tried to get in touch for clarity but got an OOO reply for the next week. It’s has been about 7 weeks since I applied. TLDR: they seem very unorganised, and don’t seem keen to fill the position.
