Met with the GM, was asked about my experience at my previous job and what qualities i had that would make me a good choice. Wanted to know what I knew about the Athleta brand and why I chose to apply there. I found her to be friendly and wanting to build a team that is passionate about the success of the store.

Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?

really straightforward, all questions were common behavioral questions such as past work experience, and how you handle situations. Hiring manager interviewed me and lasted only 30 minutes. you should'nt have any difficulty.

how were you able to improve your process through criticism of a manager
Easy interview and conversational. 2 rounds (one with assistant manager and final with general manager). Easy personality questions and asked about fitness and retail experience. Very relaxed and natural. Would recommend being yourself.
