First I submitted my CV, then I was given a test to do. After that I was contacted by HR and a date for the 1 on 1 interview was set. Communication was friendly, clear and professional. The interviewers were friendly and put me at ease even during difficult questions.

Basic Qs, expected from a final stage interview. More of a conversation eg I would answer a Q and then the interviewer would ask something adding onto what I just said etc. Very friendly interviewers.

A couple of technical Qs which I was asked to talk through my thinking on. Nothing wildly unusually
Applied online, went through telephone and in person interview. Was applying for a position in the nuclear industry, and therefore was asked about the nuclear industry in general. Overall it was quite a straightforward process. Received the job offer within the same week.
