Very quick interview. They asked simple questions like "why do you want to work here?" After i was offered a position they administered a TB test then sent me out for a drug test. They also give a background test.

Very easy. Basic interview questions...Hiring process is lengthy. You need two TB skin tests, and drug screen. Two interviews required. 1 with your dept. mgr. 2nd with the executive director.
