Very straightforward and simple interview process. An initial explanation of the team and the task you are going to do. Then up to you to present yourself and the skills you could bring to the team. Questions are made to know you better and see if you are the right fit and there is not trying to put you in a bad situation. I was also asked a "theoretical" question related to the main theme of the job position.

Colloquio
Zunächst Terminabsprache per E-Mail mit Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen verschiedenen Terminen, dann sehr professionelles Online Vorstellungsgesprach (Vorstellungsrunde, Fragen zur Person, Wissensfragen, sonstige Rahmenbedingungen); ein paar Tage später kam dann die Zusage seitens der Abteilung; danach Rücksprache mit der Personalabteilung bzgl. Formalitäten
