The interview process included a online test then face to face. This interview was fine with them asking questions around how I would react in certain situations and other general questions about interests, etc.

Pretty straightforward, friendly conversation with the team members. It was more of a task to get to know each other and learn more about the role and a good opportunity to ask any questions

First stage is self recorded interview answering set questions. Next stage is in person or online interview I assume but didn’t make it through.
Self recorded interview is a bit soulless. Other companies do it better.
