I was contacted by a recruiter and had to pass a phone screening. After that I interviewed in person at a coffee shop with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst where she asked mostly situational questions and past experiences.

The interview process moved along quickly. Had 2 phone interviews where the recruiter asked basic questions and gave great overview of position and company. Really positive experience with a personable and transparent recruiter.
