First, the CEO messaged me on LinkedIn asking if I was still interested in the position, then HR set up the initial call. Took a few weeks before they got back to me to set up the interview with the CEO. The first interview got rescheduled 1h before the meeting time and the rescheduled interview didn’t even happen. I waited 20 minutes on the call but no one picked up. Just unprofessional overall.

Didn't make it very far in the process. Set up the standard 20-minute call with the HR rep. One of the most frustrating calls I have ever been on. The HR rep just introduced themselves and then rapid-fired a bunch of canned questions. Then they basically said the next steps were some 10-minute assessment I needed to score high on to be considered for the next steps. It was so robotic and awkward that I just declined any next steps. Major red flags if the HR person couldn't even muster the slightest bit of enthusiasm.

Applied online, was contacted directly by the CEO, and then had a phone interview with the HR.
HR told me they will email me with their contacts and more details, but they never did.
The positions never seems to be filed, as they keep posting the same job over and over

The whole thing was full of red flags, made me believe all the negative reviews on Glassdoor! Starting from getting contacted by the CEO (micromanaging, why would she do the HR work?), all the questions on if I am being OK with over-time work (non-existent work-life balance) and many other notes in the reviews such as lack of training etc.
