I applied late in the year (~May) through my college careers website. Received an email within about a week of submitting my resume about coming in for an interview. The visit consisted of a brief tour of the office, some brief discussion with my hr contact, and then three one-on-one interviews. Two of them were behavioral and one was a bit behavioral but also included some discussion about a sample set of data. Each lasted about 20-30 minutes. After that I was told I would hear back within a week about their decision. However, it was almost two and a half weeks until they got back to me with the decision not to hire me.

Three steps: 1st.) a phone screening, 2nd) 5 tasks to solve at home in 3 days (programming in SQL, data analysis, a plan for a project and some calculations), 3rd) the on-site interview with five people - mainly case studies.
