The interview consisted of the HR Manager, Hiring Manager and the immediate superior of the Hiring Manager. The interview was conducted over the phone for the regional stakeholders and face to face with the hiring manager. The interview was situational aspects to test the sales aptitude of the applicant.

The interview process was great. It was for a position within my office and the interview was exactly what I expected. I am still in the process for the job, but I put no offer because I have not actually received an offer at this point. I will keep this site updated through the process.
