Simple process, applied online, attended an interview with consisted of shadowing a current employee for an hour and formal interview (if you could call it that, as it was more of an informal chat). Post was offered the next day.

What did you gain from shadowing our current employee?
The interview process was good. The girl I spoke to was kind, they asked me standard questions for a normal interview. The process was nice and smooth. Didn't have any problems with that.

Very long, there were many stages. The day was very chaotic and unorganised.
-Introduction presentation.
-Sitting in the call centre shadowing for an hour.
-Typing test (they use a website from google).
-Strength based questions.
-Holiday Task.
