I had a rather disappointing experience interviewing with this company, and I feel it's important to share my observations. One of the major drawbacks I encountered was the apparent lack of decision-making authority among employees. After every interview, it seemed that a new individual with a higher position would suddenly emerge, requiring yet another meeting. This process dragged on for weeks, during which I felt completely ignored. Despite enduring four meetings with different people over a period of two months, I finally reached a breaking point and decided not to meet anyone else unless I was officially offered a position on the team. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them at all. If you value your time and efficiency, I strongly advise against engaging with this company.
