Fue una entrevista larga y dificil pero muy satisfactoria. Es un reto pero aprendes mucho, te realizan una entrevista y luego una entrevista mas practica junto con los examenes psicometricos que suelen realizar las empresas.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso BAT (Damansara) nel mese di ott 2022

Way too rushed. Does not respect potential employee’s time. Miscommunication within their recruiting team. Fail to prepare documents as requested. Makes me feel like they want to hire me as intern only for cheap labour and not for actual job.

It was insightful. The interviewers(HRBP) were friendly enough. They make sure you feel comfortable while being interviewed. Their questions were more to working experiences than educational ones. So it would be easier for students who has previous working experiences
