Sad. The process with the recruiter was awesome. But once the final interview came I realized all the reviews I had read were correct. If you’re not white don’t bother applying. I thought this was a joke when I read the reviews and thought it can’t be that bad. 80% of my interview consisted on two white people asking me how diversity is important in the work place. Super awkward. Agenda anyone?
