Talent acquisition followed by 2 rounds of phone interviews. Multiple locations were hiring with the hiring managers interviewing the respective locations. Then it was weeks and weeks of waiting. After 9 weeks of waiting, interviewed 3 different positions across BJC Medical Group, I found other position within the organization. An official decline would have been courteous. The job posting and interviews requires leadership experience, which I am a current leader within organization in good standing, with a relevant graduate degree.
I had an interaction with a recruiter who appeared disinterested, solely requesting a resume walkthrough without further dialogue or questioning. Later, in response to my thank-you email, the recruiter made an erroneous statement claiming that I lacked experience in a particular area, when in fact, that area is one of my strongest strengths. My attempt to clarify the situation was ignored. Since then, all applications I have submitted have been rejected, indicating that the recruiter's inaccurate assessment has significantly impacted my career prospects with BJC.
After initial interview with talent, a virtual interview was held. About 2 weeks later a decision was made and an email was sent regarding the decision. The interview was more like a great conversation regarding the position. They welcomes questions and really took their time explaining their culture and a deeper understanding of the position
