Pleasant, relaxing but very professional at the same time. First I had a phone interview and that was not easy. They give a lot of classroom moments to see how you think without much preparation.
It was online. They asked me language awareness questions and questions about classroom management. Some time before the interview they gave me a task and asked me to plan a language lesson an a specific grammatical aspect.

The interview was online. It was relaxed and professional. I heard back after a short while about the outcome and the offer was sent via email. General questions about teaching and experience were asked.
