Really straightforward. First interviews with hiring firm, then two rounds of interviews with the department. They were always team interviews.
The first interview with Aon Hewitt was awkward because they make you speak slowly so they can record everything you say verbatim. The second interviews were much better. They asked great questions and were warm and personable.
Interviews were easy to schedule and they made themselves available.
I really got the sense that they were hiring for fit just as much as for competence.
All in all an enjoyable experience.

It is long process having multiple rounds, meet HR, meet hiring teams, meet hiring manager and his manager. They happen in 2 weeks span. And haven't heard back till another 2 weeks.

Normally Around 3-4 rounds of interview.It is spread across an HR,Tech,Manager round.A duration of 2-3 days between each of the rounds is what you can expect.Overall,if successfull you should have an offer in under 2 weeks.
