there are three sets of interviews: video interview/ telephone interview/face to face interview
telephone interview basically asks some behavior questions
face to face interview asks behavior and scenario questions: tell us about yourself, your customer service experience and sales experience, how to deal with difficult customer, do you have any balance till experience

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
