It takes up to two hours, so I found it rude to ask for that much of someone's time without investing any time of their own in talking to them. I quit the assessment as soon as I saw what they were asking. It shows they're unserious, and the culture wouldn't be a good fit. Especially when the salary range for their jobs are so broad as to be useless, they're not worth the time.
