One in-person interview. Began with a meet and greet then followed by a series of questions from a department manager. Straight forward and quick. If multiple managers are interested in a candidate, the candidate may have multiple interviews.

Run me through your resume/how would your past work factor into your role at Eagle?
Good experience , the interview was tough and too technical . Multiple rounds were conducted. Overall it was seamless and worth it. BNY MELLON has a great history to talk on.
15-minute screening and then 2 30-minute full interviews. Felt conversational and asked standard bevavioral questions, such as "tell me about a time when you've led a project" etc.
I did not have to take any technical screenings as I was interviewing for the People Team.
