There was pre-paperwork to fill out, and a writing sample that I had to complete. Once that was done, I met with 3 managers. Each took about 30-45 minutes. I met with direct manager first, and than the higher-up, and finally, the CEO. Once I was hired, I received some great training. The system in place allowed for me to sit with all the necessary employees and to learn what everyone worked on, and how I would be interacting with them.
