Woman on the phone was very nice and we had a great conversation. However, I was not contacted whatsoever about if I was denied or to move on. Felt left in the dust.
Had an initial phone screen. Got ghosted afterwards, the inside sales manager did not respond to multiple follow-up emails. I can understand going with a different candidate, but not letting your interview pool know they were rejected feels rude and outdated, especially in a world of automated emails.
