Full day online assessment centre comprising of group activity, presentation and face to face interviews. Group activity was random tasks, presentation was based on a solo project and interview was a judge of character and behavior

Applied via gradcracker and inputted details into an online form , did some online psychometric tests , I was then invited to an assessment centre where I had to prepare a presentation , two options were given , I chose one where you had to show how Babcock had engaged with stakeholders about safety in the past and how they can develop this in the future , then there was a group team building exercise where you had to discuss how you’d spend £10,000 on STEM engagement and recruitment given options on the brief. Following this you had a separate interview with some technical and some personal questions about yourself before the day came to a close. All done over teams.
