It was a pretty standard interview including questions, answers, awkward laughter, smiling, chit chat, discussing qualifications, exchanging stories, and general exchange of human interactions and transactional negotiations related to judging job fit. I decided I wasn’t a good fit for reasons unrelated to this job. Mostly that I live so far away.
