Premier tour : 2 entretiens, 1 FIT et 1 technique, de 45 minutes chacune
L'entretien technique est un cas d'étude classique, mais l'entretien FIT on te pose 8 questions du type : "raconte moi une fois ou...", il faut être structuré et donner des exemples concrets.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
