--- I was interviewed for the screening process at the first stage. Two ladies interviewed me from Milan, who spoke up the praises of how "easy" the job would be, and how established the Baldan Group is everywhere. The job itself was mostly well-explained, and all my questions were at least answered as to the job's primary functions and day-to-day work.
--- However, every question was answered horribly mistrustfully. All promises initially made in the job notice were lies. They initially said they had a presence and customers in Finland, but in the interview informed me that I would be the only salesperson in the whole country and that there are no present customers. They initially informed me I would be part of a team, and then told me that I would be reporting on my own to a boss in Milan. They initially informed me that there would be salary plus commission, and then told me that there is no base salary.
--- On one hand these kind of awful practices of lying and scamming potential employees happens, and we can't do anything about it. However, I felt compelled to write this review simply due to the horrible arrogance of the senior interviewer, who gave very long-winded and patronising answers as to why I don't deserve a base salary to live on, why I don't need training and should be able to do the job independently from Day 1, and so on. I was told that I wouldn't get 10% commission at any other company, despite the fact that my previous two roles each had 10% commission. Lies and conceited arrogance all round which soured my day considerably.

We mentioned at the bottom of the job posting that there are two potential salary models for this role. As you only have a master's degree and many years of experience, we are considering you for the version that gives no base salary. Are you ok with this?
