I applied for a Loan Assistant at first in BDO Career website. After a day, they scheduled me for an exam the next day in Recruitment Center in Ortigas. When I arrived they will let you fall in line, call your name and register for the exam. The exam consist of logical, essay (what are your top 3 competencies?) And accounting. After that, we were waited to call one by one for the interview. They only ask about whats on your resume, your family background and if you agree for their offer salary. No questions like tell me about yourself and the likes? After that they will give you an application form for Pre-Employment, some says that you already pass but i think they just make you fill up the forms. They wil tell you to go home and keep your lines open. After 6 days, someone call and says congratulations, I pass the initial interview and told me that they gave me a different position which is Processing Assistant. The schedule is fix, i would suggest that do not reschedule. So, the next day I have a scheduled 10am meeting with the Head of the department. I really suggest that you should be one hour earlier so that it would make you look proffessional. The interview should be prepare for. S/he will ask to introduce yourself?, why you wanna work here? And the likes. I would suggest to search for the Top questions on a job intervirew because for me it is a really big help.!! If s/he like you, she will recommend you that you will be interviewed by the Senior Manager. After that they will tell you to keep your lines open if you get the job! My suggestion is that SELL YOURSELF! Be confident, show to them that you really want to work at BDO and be proffessional.
