Barclays Technology Center (BTCI) had come to our campus for recruitment process. The role offered was Graduate Technology Analyst (BA3 grade). The process was quite unique as compared to other recruitment processes. First round consisted of a written test including General Aptitude,Logical Reasoning,Mathematical Reasoning and English. Next Round was a Programming round. 2 questions with 1 easy and 1 medium in terms of difficulty. The questions are solvable but time plays an important factor. This was followed by unique Group Activity where a group of I guess around 10 students were given a pack of cards and asked to build the tallest tower using it. They normally look out for strategies used and the type of coordination one shows with others in the team and individual contribution in the collective efforts. This is followed by 2 rounds of interview. The first interview may be Techno-Management or fully Technical and the other is a HR. HR Interview generally includes stress based and situation based questions. The main aim is to see whether you fit in the Barclays environment or not. The first round normally includes questions ranging from Java, DBMS, DSA, SDLC and your project based questions. Be clear with what you wrote in the resume and your major project so that you can provide satisfactory explanations. Brush up the basic concepts of Programming and DBMS and have a good idea about Software Development Life Cycles
