I went to Barclays pune kharadi office at 11 am. After waiting 3 hours interviewer call my name. He asked my regarding my 1 project. I explained everything regarding project on which we(12 members team) worked almost 4 years. But he didn't like project. I don't know why. He given negative feedback but selected one candidate who knows him from previous organisation. He just ask him about activity life cycle and selected him. Pathetic.. don't call candidates for interview if you want hire only referral people.
