I had an hour phone interview with two people. Then was brought in for a panel interview that lasted about an hour and a half. Then I was sent a skills assessment. Everyone I talked to was great and it seems like a nice culture to work for, but the process was drawn out — there were several weeks between interviews and responses. Ultimately, I was offered a position elsewhere that better fit my career goals, but overall I had a positive interview experience with Barr.
