Interviewed with 2 different managers, was told to be there at 9 am and didn't get to meet with HR guy until 9:45. Did first interview, waited another 20 minutes and did the second, then personality test, then met with another manager to discuss pay. Immidiately after went to take drug test at labcorp

It was very cool having conversations about fishing and my knowledge of the sport to make sure I would be appropriate for the position, I was asked when I could start after the interview was over because they were very impressed.

General and brief. They were interested in my fishing knowledge and asked me a few basic questions customers might ask. I had to be willing to lift over a certain amount of weight, connect with customers who needed help finding items in the store, and managing inventory on the shelves throughout the day. This job requires a drug test no matter what state you are in.
