There were multiple interviews in New Berlin, the human resources woman had me take a test. Most of the first test was about honesty and integrity, being that we are alone or with minimal supervision in customers homes, then later about their pest control philosophy.
Their philosophy is to sweep the basement upper vertical corners for cobwebs.

Started with a phone call, then in person interview with the manager of my area and the hiring manager, then i got the job offer from there. pretty simple process
